Tấm úp nóc ngói nhựa là vị trí số 2 trên hình trên. Nó là phụ kiện không thể thiếu của ngôi nhà.
cách lắp đặt cụ thể như sau:
khi xây dựng cây đòn tay đầu tiên sẽ cách tim nóc khoảng từ 100 đến 180mm tốt nhất là 150mm 2 bên 2 cây như hình trên.

Lưu ý để lắp tấm úp nóc cho đẹp cần lưu ý sau:
1 không lợp ngói lên sát trên chạm nhau mà cách nhau một khoảng 10cm từ trên xuống. Cách lắm đặt đo đẹp nhất là để 2 tấm ngói lên trước sau đó điều chỉnh cho tấm ngói và nóc ngói ăn khít nhau như hình trên sau đó lấy 2 tấm đó làm chuẩn để lợp các tấm tiếp theo.

1 Để tấm lợp sát lên trên như lợp tấm tôn giả ngói thông thường việc lợp như thế này sẽ dẫn đên bị hở giữa tấm úp nóc và tấm ngói.
