PVC/ASA Plastic Roof Tile is the result of ongoing research into new materials and advanced technology. It offers a range of outstanding advantages: lightweight, high rigidity, waterproof, moisture-resistant, corrosion-resistant, fire-retardant, soundproof, and heat-insulating. This product is highly suitable for urban architecture, residential housing, industrial buildings, luxury villas, garages, and even classical-style structures. The most prominent feature of PVC/ASA Plastic Roof Tile is: “warm in winter, cool in summer, aesthetically pleasing, and reasonably priced.” As an innovative product proudly made in Vietnam, its widespread application is expected to reshape the roofing market — in line with the government’s directive toward a greener, cleaner, and less polluted society.

PVC/ASA Roofing Sheet/Tile

Green Plastic Roof Tile is composed of 4 layers, including: 3 layers of PVC that are non-transparent, providing excellent thermal insulation, durability, and soundproofing, and 1 top layer of ASA coating infused with special UV-resistant additives. Thanks to its 4-layer structure — especially the premium ASA coating — the product offers outstanding weather resistance against intense heat or heavy storms. This helps slow down aging and fading, ensuring a long service life of over 30 years.

In addition to the main material—Green PVC/ASA Plastic Roofing and Tiles—the successful completion of a project would not be possible without the accompanying accessories. These accessories are also manufactured using 4-layer technology, ensuring consistency in both quality and color with the roofing tiles. The accessory range includes: top ridge tiles, gable caps, roof peak caps, edge trims, eave end caps, fascia trims, hip caps, and finials, among others.
