Detailed job description
– Responsible for the general accounting and auditing activities of the Company
– Control the Company’s accounts and prepare financial statements. Analyze reports, thereby capturing fluctuations in costs, liabilities, etc. to promptly offer solutions to control costs according to the set plan.
– Control and manage the process of making records and books, entering accounting data, recording payment entries, asset inventory processes, preparing financial statements, balance sheets as well as other relevant documents of the enterprise
– Manage and evaluate the capacity of accounting department staff, assist the human resources department in recruiting personnel Implement training, retraining, and upgrading plans Highly qualified, building a team of accounting staff in the Company
– Advise the Board of Directors on the improvement of the Company’s accounting and financial management system – Coordinating in performing other tasks at the request of the Director

Detailed Experience/Skills
– Graduated from full-time college/university majoring in Accounting, Auditing, Finance;
– Certificate of chief accountant;
– At least 05 years of experience in the position of chief accountant in the general equipment industry or knowledgeable about the industry. Knowledge of accounting standards, regulations of law, tax in the field of accounting.
– Proficient in accounting operations, proficient in using accounting software.
– Careful, honest, decisive, responsible and dedicated to work.
– Good communication, persuasion, negotiation and negotiation skills
